Boston Market Low-Cal Meals

Posted on June 27th, 2009 by Esperanza Dodge in Diet Logs

Boston Market has a lot of great choices for those on a diet. They have a variety of skinless meats to choose from, as well as side dishes that taste great, compliment the meal and are low in calories as well. One good choice is the beef brisket which is only 280 calories. Sides that can compliment the dish at under 150 calories each are garlic dill potatoes, fresh steamed vegetables, and green beans.

Find low-cal meals under 550 calories each here: http://www.bostonmarket.com/restaurant?page=mealsUnder550

However, if your diet is a Southbeach ones, you won’t be counting calories. A good meal to go with if you’re on this plan is a 1/4 white meat chicken with a steamed veggie side or a market salad side with vinegarette dressing. I am partial do their creamed spinich on top of my white chicken so I do splurge. But if you cannot afford a treat, then skip the creamed spinich all together.
